SOMETHING WAS DAMAGED IN THE PACKAGING WHEN I OPENED IT. HOW CAN I GET A REPLACEMENT?
We trust all our carriers to deliver our goods in a professional and safe manner. We’re confident that your order will reach you in one piece and expect you to receive a high level of service.
If for any reason your order arrives damaged, or the packaging has been tampered with, please contact our Customer Service Team right away. You can do so by calling 01592 806 611 or alternatively email us on email@example.com with a copy of your order number. It would also help if you could capture images or a video of the damage so we can liaise further with the carrier.
If there is noticeable damage to your order before you sign for the goods, you can also refuse the delivery and this will make it’s way back to our warehouse. If you do this, please also contact us so we can ensure a replacement or a refund is processed accurately.
Should for any reason you have any concerns with the delivery we’ll endeavour to resolve your matter as quickly as possible.
