It’s easy to convert a manually operated centre pivot roof window into a solar powered version. There is no wiring involved and it’s ideal for adding convenience to an existing roof window.
A Manual to Solar Conversion kit is required. Depending on the age of the roof window, there are two options available.
- Pre 2014 installed roof windows will need this version
- Post 2014 installed roof windows will need this version
The solar conversion kits include a remote-control unit and a rain sensor that automatically closes the window if it rains.
