Once an order has been processed and confirmed by the manufacturer our Logistics Team will communicate the delivery details and delivery date via email. This email will include the order number and tracking information, so the shipment can be tracked once it is entered the carrier’s network. We aim to deliver the goods within the time frame set out at the point of sale and within your order confirmation email. Please note, the consignment is usually entered into the carrier’s network on the evening before the delivery date.
Depending on the weight of the parcel will determine which carrier it is passed to. Our delivery partners are DX Freight, XPO Logistics and Geodis (only in Northern Ireland). When placing an order for a blind or accessory, this is usually delivered by Parcelforce.
Together with our logistic partners we do our utmost to deliver to your preferred shipping address as soon as possible.
We deliver most of our roof windows, flashing kits and installation accessories within 8 – 10 working days.
Roof window blinds deliveries can vary depending on the operation of the blind itself and it is always best to check this in the checkout at the time of ordering.
Certain products may have a longer lead-time, and this will be specified before ordering at checkout and again in the confirmation emails we send out.
