Once an order has been processed and dispatched, our Logistics Team will communicate the delivery details and delivery date via email. This email will include the order number and tracking information, so the shipment can be tracked once it’s entered the carrier’s network. We aim to deliver to the goods within the time frame set out at the point of sale.
Depending on the weight of the parcel will determine which carrier it is passed to. We work with TNT, Dachser, XPO, and Parcelforce.
If the tracking information does not present any history of when the goods will be delivered, it could be because the item has not yet entered the carrier’s network. This usually takes place the evening before the delivery date.
