We want you to love our products as much as we do, however, we understand that there may be times when you need to make a return or exchange the product for something else.
At The Roof Window Store, we offer our customers a 60 day free return policy, where we would collect the item(s) from you and return them to our warehouse for a full refund or replacement.
All we ask is that you contact our Customer Service Team within the 60 days and hold on to all of the original packaging in case you need to make a return. We also require the product(s) to be unused and intact.
Your 60 days will begin from the day you have received the order.
To raise a return, please reach out to a member of our team on 01592 806 611 or alternatively you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a copy of your order number and reason for the return.
Please note, when we book the collection to pick up the order, this is done through a 3rd party courier service. The courier service operate between Monday – Friday and are unable to provide a dedicated time slot for the collection, although, the couriers’ collection team may contact you to confirm the appointment. Please accept their call or email as without confirmation from the addressee the pick up may fail.
