If an item from the order has developed a fault, or has arrived damaged, we’re happy to provide a full refund or an exchange.

We kindly ask that you capture images or a video of the damage to highlight to our team, so we can provide a resolution as quickly as possible.
Please note, we are required to collect the damaged items from you and return them to our warehouse, so do not dispose of any item unless communicated from our team.
