What is the Guarantee on my Blinds?
We're extremely proud of all of the products we have listed on our website, and hope you love them as much as we do.
The great majority of our customers who buy from us don't need to use the guarantee as the blinds are all created with care and the materials used are of the highest quality.
If in the event that your blind suffers a fault, then we can assist you to provide a resolution you are happy with.
On manually operated VELUX branded blinds we offer a 3-year guarantee. For electric and solar operated blinds we have a 5-year guarantee.
On the Solstro branded blinds there will be a 2-year guarantee.
