Which Flashing kit Should I Choose?
Flashings ensure that the roof window installation is sealed, weathertight and safely connected to the roofing material.
The specific flashing kit needed is determined by the roofing material that the window and flashing kit will be installed on.
Flashings come standard in grey aluminium to match the window profile and are 100% maintenance-free thanks to their protective triple-coat clear lacquer coating.

For standard installation of roof windows in a slate roof with slates up to 8mm thick. Not for interlocking slate and suitable for 15°- 90° roof pitches.
For standard installation of roof windows in flat or profiled roofing material up to 120mm in profile. Not suitable for interlocking slate, thatch, and profiled sheeting. Suitable for 15°-90° roof pitches
For standard installation of roof windows in plain tiles. Maximum tile thickness of 15mm. Suitable for 25°- 90° roof pitches.
Flashing for installing VELUX roof windows into flat interlocking tiles with a max thickness of 40 mm. Suitable for roof pitches 20 - 90 degrees.
VELUX EDJ Recessed Tile Flashing
For recessed installation. EDJ recessed flashing is designed to provide a sleek, streamlined finish as the window is installed deeper in the roof structure. EDJ 2000 version includes BDX insulation collar as standard. Suitable for 20°- 90° roof pitches
VELUX EDN Recessed Slate Flashing
For recessed installation into slate up to 8mm thick. Not suitable for interlocking slate. EDN 2000 includes BDX insulation collar as standard. Suitable for 20°-90° roof pitches
For standard installation of Solstro roof windows in roofs with a tile profile between 16-50mm. Suitable for roofs with a pitch of 15-90 degrees

Solstro UFX Universal Flashing
For standard installation of roof windows where the tile profile is high (0-120mm thick) this flashing kit has a long apron allowing you to achieve a perfect installation on higher profile tiles. Suitable for roofs with a pitch of 15-90 degrees
