Depending on how far the order is within the system and at the warehouse, we may be able to stop the order to make the necessary changes.
If the order has already been delivered, we can issue a return if it’s within 60 days of receiving the order, and the product is unused and in its original packaging.
We offer a free return service where we will collect the item from you and return it to our warehouse.
